📦 Shipping Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1 to 2 days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2 to 3 days, depending on location.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to severe weather, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in case of any delays.

🔄 Return Policy

  • You must notify us about returns on the same day you receive the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • We may request clear proof (photo or video) in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
  • Returns requested after the delivery day will not be accepted.
  • If returns are accepted, return shipping costs are bound upon customers unless there are any mistakes from our part.

💰 Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days to your original payment method.
  • Refund duration may vary based on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

শিপিং, রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি

আমাদের সাথে কেনাকাটা করার জন্য ধন্যবাদ। শিপিং, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত আমাদের নীতিমালা বুঝতে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের তথ্যগুলো মনোযোগসহকারে পড়ুন।

📦 শিপিং নীতি

  • ঢাকার ভেতরে: ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ১–২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: লোকেশন অনুযায়ী সাধারণত ২–৩ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

নোট: প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, লজিস্টিক সমস্যা বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। এমন ক্ষেত্রে আমরা আপনাকে জানাব।

🔄 রিটার্ন নীতি

  • পণ্য গ্রহণের একই দিনে রিটার্নের বিষয়ে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
  • পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  • ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে আমরা ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রমাণ চাইতে পারি।
  • ডেলিভারির দিনের পর রিটার্নের অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
  • রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে, আমাদের কোনো ভুল না থাকলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

💰 রিফান্ড নীতি

  • রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে, ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
  • রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারীর ওপর নির্ভর করে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
  • আমাদের ত্রুটি না থাকলে শিপিং চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
