Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days, depending on location.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to severe weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in case of any delays.

If you need to return a product, please notify us on the same day you receive your parcel. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Provide clear evidence (photo or video) if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Returns requested after the day of delivery will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
